The Bridger Insight integration is available as an add-on to all subscriptions.

A user needs the Manage Organization Alerts and Contact Watchlist Status permission to use the Bridger Insight integration.
Configure Organization Watchlist Checks
Follow the steps below to configure which screening lists through Bridger Insights should be used for your organization watchlist checks, as well as other related settings.
- Click the gear icon in the navigation menu.
- Click Watchlist Checks.
- Click Organization Watchlist Checks.
- Click the pencil icon next to Screening List.
- Check the box for each list against which organizations in your GivingData site should be screened, and then click Update.
- If a list contains subsets, all are included in watchlist checks by default. Click Manage List Options to modify this.
- Select specific subsets as desired, determine whether the check should use the AND or OR operator for the subsets, and then click Update.

- Click the pencil icon next to Match Score Threshold.
- Enter a number between 0 and 100, and then click Update.
- This determines how closely a record must match potential records on selected screening lists to be returned as possible results. The higher the threshold number, the closer the match must be. A record with a match score lower than the threshold will not return a possible result in a watchlist check.

- An organization alert can be added to an organization record when a watchlist check status is Match, False Positive, or Under Review. If desired, click the pencil icon next to each watchlist check status to select the type of alert.
- Select the organization alert type (configured in Organization Settings), and then click Update.

Below is an explanation of when each watchlist check status displays on a record:
- Under Review - A watchlist check was conducted on a record and one or more potential matches were returned but are still being reviewed by your organization.
- False Positive - One or more potential matches were returned but were all determined to not actually match the record in question.
- Match - A potential match was returned and was determined to match the record in question.
Configure Contact Watchlist Checks

- Click Contact Watchlist Checks.
- Click the pencil icon next to Screening List.
- Check the box for each list against which contacts in your GivingData site should be screened, and then click Update.
