Super Search Pie and Donut Chart View options!
You can now create Pie and Donut charts in Super Search Chart View! Chart colors will use the Chart Colors defined in the Admin Tools & Settings as a default, but can be customized when editing the chart view. Pie and Donut charts can be added to the Home Page using the Saved Super Search Chart Widget.

Send Multiple Payments to BILL in a batch action!
For folks who have the BILL Integration, you can now efficiently send multiple payments to BILL at once using the new batch Send Payments to BILL functionality! BILL Vendor details can now be added to Super Search results as a column — as a best practice we recommend users create a saved Super Search with the BILL Vendor details column included to verify that the BILL Vendor has been linked prior to sending the payments to BILL.

🛠️ Improvements
Grantee Portal Intake Form Import Modal - Field Level Audit Dates!
We now provide visibility at the field level for last updated dates during Data Import! Users can make even more informed decisions about using the Grantee’s submitted information or the data you already have on file. If we do not have a record of when the field was last edited, or it has never been edited, then it will not show a timestamp.
Quick Search - Improved results list prioritization!
The Quick Search results list will now be prioritized to match the start of the search term that is typed in. For example, if you type in “my” it will provide results that include “My” as a word before results that include “my” in part of a word, such as “academy”. This will help users locate the record they were looking for more quickly!

Update Method of Payment batch action!
A new Super Search batch action to Update Method of Payment is available for Payment Super Searches! Folks who have the Batch Edit Payments permission can now update the Method of Payment for multiple payments at once. Once the batch action is completed, a notification will be sent to the user outlining any errors.
🐛 Notable Bug Fixes
Each release includes bug fixes to enhance stability and improve your experience. Here are some key fixes:
- BILL Integration: The Vendor ID was not displaying the BILL Vendor ID. A GivingData assigned ID was being displayed instead. This has now been resolved and the proper BILL Vendor ID is displayed with the BILL Vendor details.
- Grantee Portal Intake Forms: When viewing a submitted intake form, text fields that had a response of “0” were appearing blank in GivingData. This has now been resolved and the “0” value is now displayed properly when viewing the intake form.
- Interaction Emails: In-app emails sent using an email template were not being sent to all CC’d recipients, only the first recipient listed in the CC field was receiving the email. This has now been resolved and all CC’d recipients are receiving the email.
- Quick Search: The Quick Search bar would disappear from the user interface if special characters or symbols (*, +, ?, (), etc.) were used in the search. This has now been resolved and the Quick Search bar will not disappear if these characters are used in the search.
