The Bridger Insight integration is available as an add-on to all subscriptions.
The Bridger Insight (OFAC Risk Management) integration allows you to conduct due diligence checks on organizations and contacts in your GivingData site using screening lists available through Bridger Insight. Follow the steps in this article to conduct due diligence checks based on the configurations made in your GivingData site.

A user needs the Manage Organization Alerts and Contact Watchlist Status permission to use the Bridger Insight integration.
Check a Single Organization or Contact Record
- Navigate to the organization or contact record.
- Click the Watchlist Checks tab.
- Click Check Watchlists.
- The result of the check displays on the record.
- If no potential matches were found, the check is logged with 0 Results listed and a Completed status.
- If one or more potential matches are found, the check is logged with the number of results and an In Progress status.

Check Organizations or Contacts in Batch
- Run an organization, contact, request, or payment super search.
- Check the box for each record to include in the watchlist check.
- Click Check Watchlists.
- Alternatively, click All Actions, and then click Check Watchlists.
- Alternatively, click All Actions, and then click Check Watchlists.
- Select options in the modal as desired, and then click Check Watchlists.
You will receive a notification when the checks are complete. The notification will list any records that returned potential matches. Refer to the Manage Watchlist Check Results section for details on next steps for potential matches.
Manage Watchlist Check Results
On the Watchlist Checks tab, click View/Manage Results to see the specific lists that potential matches were found on, and what record(s) produced a potential match.
- For each potential match, select Match or False Positive.
- If you designate a match as a false positive, you can add the record to the Accept List. The next time this record is checked against the watchlists, a potential match will not be returned.
- After all potential matches have been designated as either a false positive or a match, the watchlist check moves from In Progress to Completed.
The watchlist status on the Overview tab of the record indicates details about the most recent watchlist check.
- If the watchlist check found no potential matches, the watchlist status displays none, indicating that no matches were found.
- If one or more potential matches are found for a record in a watchlist check, the watchlist status displays a question mark icon, indicating that it is under review.
- If all potential matches are determined to not actually match the record in question, the watchlist status displays a no icon, indicating that only false positives were found.
- If any potential matches are determined to be valid, the watchlist status displays an exclamation point icon, indicating that the record in question matches a record on a screening list.
