Coming January 24, 2026! This update brings a new Side Navigation Menu, various improvements, and bug fixes! Let’s dive in!
What’s New?
️ 🧭 New Side Navigation Menu
Introducing a faster and more predictable main navigation menu! The new left-side navigation menu is a collapsible and expandable menu with clearly labeled categories that make accessing commonly used features more intuitive. You will enjoy the quick and more direct links to features that are most used, such as Super Search, dashboards, and Grantee Portal Intake Forms.
Note: The Logo & Branding Top Navigation Theme color from the Admin Tools & Settings is not being used in the new menu. We are exploring additional ways to add color to the navigation menu.
💡 A more intuitive navigation menu and direct links will save you time and clicks!

🐛 Notable Bug Fixes
Each release includes bug fixes to enhance stability and improve your experience. Here are some key fixes:
- Super Search: Column sorting was not retained when the results list was exported to Excel. This has been resolved.
- Super Search: When using a saved super search as a template for a new, un-saved search, the modified columns were not included in the new un-saved search results. This has been resolved.
- Custom Fields: Dates that were input into a date formatted custom field were not able to be deleted or removed. This has been resolved.
- Interactions: Interactions with a time input in either the start or end time did not save if the user did not select AM or PM. The input for the date format has been updated to make it more intuitive that AM or PM is required for time inputs.
- Word Merge Field: The merge field for Fiscal Year Ending date was not mapping in the year of the fiscal year when the word merge field switch was applied to only retrieve the year. This has been resolved.
- Payment Year To Date Report: When exporting the Payment Year to Date report to excel, the Fund Code column was not included in the export. This has been resolved.
- Assigned To Me Widget on Home Page: The column for Due Date in the Requirements list has been renamed “Scheduled Date” to avoid confusion, as Requirements do not have a Due Date.
