Coming June 13, 2026! This update resolves a wide range of issues across Super Search column management, Interaction Documents and more โ delivering increased reliability and consistency throughout the GivingData platform.
๐ Improvements
Super Search Column Management - Managing columns in Super Search is now faster and more intuitive. Column options including sorting, display editing, pinning, auto re-sizing, duplicating, and removing are now accessible directly from the list view via the three-dot menu on any column header. Additional columns can be added or removed using the new Add / Remove Columns button, which provides quick access to your Quick Add list or the full field list. This update reduces the number of clicks and screens required to manage your view and resolves a previous syncing issue between the table view and the column editor.
Changes to Codes now logged in Activity Stream - Code changes on Organization, Request, Payment and Contact records are now logged in the activity stream, including the code type and value changes.
๐ Notable Bug Fixes
Each release includes bug fixes to enhance stability and improve your experience. Here are some key fixes:
- Contact Emails - For Contact Email Templates and Contact Batch Emails, the โToโ recipient field is now optional instead of required.
- Payment Alert Column - An issue where adding the payment โHas Alertโ column in the Workflow Dashboard would display "Not Found" instead of the alert value. This has been resolved.
- Export Request API - Fixed an issue where the public API export endpoints for Requests and Organizations were returning a 500 error when related entity fields were included in the configuration.
- GD Cloud Storage - Fixed an issue where users on sites using GD document storage were unable to download documents in Word format after opening them, as the "Create a Copy" option was incorrectly grayed out.
- Reports Tool Timeout - Fixed a database timeout error that occurred when running a Report in the Premium Reports tool.
- Payments & Approvals Dashboard - Fixed an issue on the Dashboard Allocation Summary where changing the fiscal year while drilled into a sub-code caused the breadcrumb trail to disappear, preventing users from navigating back up through the code hierarchy without refreshing the page.
- Interactions - Fixed an issue where the option to create a document from an attachment within Interactions was incorrectly grayed out and unavailable.
- Unsolicited Intake Form - Fixed an issue where an unsolicited intake form could be submitted after a campaign's close time if the user remained on the Review and Submit page without refreshing.
- Deleting Requests - Fixed an error that prevented users from deleting certain requests, which was caused by a null reference exception during the delete operation.
- Bank Account Documents - Staff were unable to open documents associated with bank account records that had been added through the grantee portal. This has been resolved.
