When submitting a Support ticket to describe a bug or other issue, helpful information for our Support team can be captured through your browser's console.
Take a Screenshot of the Console in Google Chrome
- Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of your browser, click More Tools, and then click Developer Tools.
- Click the Console tab.
- Take a screenshot of the entire screen or take a screenshot of the console panel. Be sure to include all red text that appears within the console.
- Depending on the amount of red text within the console, you may need to scroll and take several screenshots to capture the entire console message.

If you are experiencing slowness in your GivingData site, take the additional steps below to capture relevant information for our Support team.
- Click the Network tab in the console.
- Perform the steps in GivingData which typically cause or coincide with the slowness/performance issues.
- Click Time twice to sort the time entries in descending order.
- Once the slowness has occurred, you should see a longer time entry in the first line of the console.
