If you are experiencing GivingData access issues on a Chrome browser when using an iPad, the first troubleshooting action is to disable certain options in the Chrome app.
Disabling the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies options allows your browser to share data across different websites. Some functionalities on GivingData require this type of data sharing.
- Navigate to the Settings app on your iPad's home screen.
- Open the Chrome app in Settings.
- Open Privacy & Security.
- Disable the following two options (slight labeling differences are possible for these options):
- Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
- Block All Cookies
