Before submitting a GivingData Support ticket, it is recommended to clear your browser's cache and cookies as a troubleshooting step. Oftentimes, clearing the browser cache is enough to load GivingData when the site is not operating as expected.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
- Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of your browser.
- Click More Tools, and then click Clear Browsing Data.
- Select All time in the Time range dropdown.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Optionally check the boxes for Browsing history and Download history.
- Optionally check the boxes for Browsing history and Download history.
- Click Clear data.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of your browser.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Click Choose What to Clear next to Clear browsing data now.
- Select All Time in the Time range dropdown.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Optionally check the boxes for Browsing history and Download history.
- Optionally check the boxes for Browsing history and Download history.
- Click Clear Now.
